Mr. Navin Nath is the JGM (Strategy & Joint Venture) in Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO). He is holding a Degree in Chemical Engineering (1988 Batch) from IIT Roorkee (formerly known as University of Roorkee) and He is also a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has joined IFFCO at its Kalol Plant in 1988. Since then he has been working in different departments/ projects in IFFCO. Before joining M/s Sikkim IFFCO Organics Limited ("the Company") as the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Nath was deputed as the Chief Operating Officer of M/s IFFCO-MC Crop Science Private Limited from year 2017 to 2023, wherein he launched the new concepts of product selling for generic products that took the turnover to Rs. 300 Cr and profit of Rs. 20 Cr of the Company. Moreover, Mr. Nath has published many articles in the national and international magazines.

Mr. Jigme Dorjee Bhutia, IAS is the Secretary, Agriculture Department, Government of Sikkim. He is also serving as the Secretary to the Hon'ble Governor of Sikkim. He holds a degree in Agriculture obtained from UAS, Bangaluru. He joined the Sikkim State Civil Services in the Year 1991 and served in different Departments of the Government of Sikkim in various capacities. He was inducted into the IAS in the Year 2022.

Mr. A. Roy is the ex-Marketing Director of IFFCO and was responsible for planning & distribution of indigenous and imported fertilizer and sale through a vast network of Cooperative Societies throughout the country. Mr. Roy is a B.Tech (Chem) & M.Tech (Chem) with specialization in Petroleum Refinery Engineering & Petro Chemicals from IIT, Kharagpur. Prior to IFFCO he had worked at Nangal and Sindri Units of Fertiliser Corporation of India Ltd. in Production and Technical Services Departments. In addition, Mr. Roy also held board level positions in various subsidiaries of IFFCO.

Dr. S. Anbalagan, IFS, is Chief Executive Officer, Sikkim Organic Farming Development Agency (SOFDA), under Horticulture & Cash Crops Development Department, Government of Sikkim. Mr. Anbalagan has a Ph.D. in Genetics from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Delhi. He oversees the execution & implementation of framework & policies of organic farming and is responsible for making farming profitable, sustainable and environment friendly in the State. He has held various responsible positions in Government Departments.
